If you have any questions regarding your order that are not answered below you can contact us through the form on our Contact Us page. If you have placed an order please include your order number for reference. The order number will have been sent to you in your order confirmation email.


All order details, including personal information, are protected by SSL technology. Payment details that are relayed to the processing agency are also protected by SSL technology. We do not store your payment details. Please also see our Privacy notice.

Payment methods

We accept PayPal as well as Visa and Master Card via PayPal. Our payment processor is PayPal. You can pay for your purchase securely via credit card using PayPal if you don't have a PayPal account.

Delivery time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and stocked items shipped typically within 5 business days. If we are out of stock on a certain item that you want, just send us a note on the Contact Us page and tell us which item you want and we will send you an e-mail telling you when we expect to have the item in stock.
Please note that customized evermoss orders will be shipped 4-8 weeks after ordering. This is due to the fact that the plants need to be manufactured on an individual basis and need time to grow before we can ship them to you.


Our shipping is via DHL. We ship our products only within the European Union at the present time.

Return & refund policy

Your complete satisfaction is important to us. We will work with you to resolve any issues with our products. We will accept returns within 7 days of completed delivery but we first ask that you contact us using the form on our Contact Us page. Our standard policies are described below.

Shipping damage

If an item is damaged in shipping, we put in a claim to the shipper and ask you to assist us in keeping the box, packing materials etc., and please take a digital photo of any damage. Once the claim is filed we will replace the item for you.

Customer dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can return it for a full refund, less shipping charges. If an item has a defect it must be returned undamaged in the original package and we'll ask you to pay for return shipping. Refunds will be made.
